Back from Tried and True Expo

Well Im back from the tried and true tattoo expo in orlando this past weekend. It was my first time out of the shop by myself tattooing and I had a great time. The guys who put on the convention did an amazing job. A HUGE thanks to Jason Stephan for inviting me out and letting me share a booth with him. (Jason did an awesome medussa head tattoo at the show that you need to check out) To my shock and awe I won "tattoo of the day" on friday. I say shock and awe because of the caliber of artists at the show. there was just awesome tattoos being done all weekend. For tattoo of the day i won a super cool tattoo machine from Joey D at infinite irons and a really cool trophy made out of real metal! I met a lot of cool people and almost sold out of prints so for me the convention went better than i could have ever imagined....my banner was about a foot too tall though haha. oh well. gives me an excuse to make a new one. Even with all the fun I had at the show im glad to be back in Sarasota at Oddity with my tattoo family. For everyone who was told to wait on making appointments Im now accepting appointments again. Not sure the next convention I will be doing but I definately hope to be at the tried and true show again next year. thanks everyone!!
